Idk if this will work on the 032310 release, but it works on Impact. You need to get the little popup on the keyoard(see attached pic) and click on Text Input Settings. I believe it is the same for Impact and the 032310 release

Try to hard reset again, and see if it works. Another thought would be to turn it off fully and turn it back on. If nothing works, re-lock and take it to a store.

I have searched all over, but does anybody know what the regedit is to change the icon of the Wifi Internet Sharing link in Settings->Connections?. I have changed all my icons but cannot seem to find the proper registry location for this pesky little guy.

All over-ridden icons live under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Security\Shell\StartInfo\Start.

MordyT, did that cab have the Bluetooth icons in it too? I see in your SS that it's still stock.
