Normally I would have released this one myself, but other than the start menu, I really didn't have to do much of anything to make this ROM. Just threw the package in the kitchen and cooked. Props to you MLB. Awesome job with the theme! :headbang:

Loving the layout and tab/overall appearance. Only thing I can see that is a problem and unfortunately for me I won't be able to get used to is the color of the calendar subject on the home screen. It look like a light pink(I am partially colorblind.lol) and I am unable to read what it is unless i put it right up to my face, even then its hard to read. Any way I can change it to black, or a darker color?
I haven't played around with the rest of it yet, just a first observation.

I cant change the text color of the calendar subject because that is a mode9 file and I just simply don't know witch mode9 file it is. I can how ever make a cab that will change the background color so the white text is easier to read.

Edit: Attached the cab to make the background darker and 50% transparent and a cab to change the calendar background in the calendar tab darker with 50% transparent. Hope this works for you.

Thanks. I am actually on XYC's BETA team. XYC is the chief and I am the skinner on this one. Straightup is part of the beta team he has just been busy with work and stuff so he just missed the the release build that morning that the rom dropped.

The PP is set at 16 witch seems to be working pretty good on this build. As for mem I will post a screen shot of the mem that is right after 2nd boot. Screen shot will be added to the first post.

Edit: I also added a new slider theme to the 2nd post.

If you are referring to the text of the appointment widget on the home tab, you can change the text color with cht editor. 255,255,255 will give you all white. 0,0,0 will give you all black. You can edit the main color and the sub color for the text.:mrgreen:

I think that he is referring to the color on the actual calendar tab, the color of the appointment font or the background needs to change in order to distinguish between the two of them.

Thanks for the help trying to figure this out. I wish he would have posted a screen shot so we weren't trying to guess what he is talking about but I did post some cabs that will hopefully get him to were he needs to be.

Attached is a screenshot of the calendar font color issue.

as you can see the font color between the hours blends with the background making it almost impossible to read.

Here is some feedback after using this rom for a couple days:

I had to use the cab on post #14 to fix the font color issue on the calendar.
The dialer is by far the best out of any rom, very user friendly and very responsive.
All tabs work perfectly.
Battery life could be a little better and I changed opera 10 to opera 9.7_35577_en(personal preference).
Overall a terrific job!

Thanks for the help you guys. I did not use a cab, I changed the settings in CHT. The problem I was having was on the home screen calendar widget and not the calendar tab. Sorry I didn't post pics, I haven't had a program to do that since I first started flashing and asked a lot more questions. Now I usually just search and find what I need. I am loving this rom, best one I've flashed yet, and I've been doing it since just after the TP2 launch day. Everything is responsive, I haven't come across a problem yet and have had it on since release day. Thanks have been made to you guys offering up answers to my questions.

Just get the cab on post 14 and the problem with the calendar is fixed.

I added WhiteOutWalls.zip to the first post. It has 3 wallpapers in it that look pretty good with the rom. Attached is a screen shot of one of them that im using right now.

I noticed another small issue, when sending MMS it asks to lower the size of the file, here is the fix.

weirdest thing happened tonight while at work. I usually leave my phone plugged in sync'd up most of the night. Tonight, the phone got f'd up while sitting there. Background disappeared, personalized quick links gone, even though all of my contacts were on the phone, a text I recieved came in as an unknown person(just listed the #) instead of a person's name, and to top it all off, when it locked and I tried to unlock it, the code was changed. Taking out the battery fixed some of it but the background was still gone. no biggie. I'm currently resetting the phone just to clear everything out. Don't know why it happened but I figured I'd post it in case someone else has it happen to them too. I'll Use the cab this time to fix my issue from before and might as well load the new slider and backgrounds too. Thanks guys!!!

It shouldnt happen again but let me know if it does.

Maybe an update without chts cooked in that way it would be easyier to .cab install as new updates are released!
