I would have never imagined a couple a years ago when I joined that I could ever reach 10,000! Amazing!

Now back to ROM'ing,

Anyone else think that battery life on v5.1 absolutely sick!!? (...as in pretty dern good!!!)? I think this version definitely has v5.0 beat on battery life!

I'd been noticing great battery life for a while now on v5.1, but specifically today I noticed I took it off charger at around 2:30 or so. At about 5:30 or so I noticed I was at 90%. This was after having sent and recieved several texts, made 2 few min. phone calls, all syncing (mail, weather, stock, rsshub, facebook etc...) set to sync every hour. I'd also been online via UCWeb a few times for a few minutes each time on here and XDA.

As of right now (11:29pm), I'm sitting at 70%, but I did plug my phone on to my comp. for about 10 min. so it's hard to tell at this point. But IMO, that's great batt. life!

Granted we all use our phone differently, so results will vary. But in my own personal experience and my own personal usage remaining more or less constant, these results are better than I got with v5.0.

I think it's pretty good on battery too. Except I'm having problem with getting no bars, then going into airplane mode every once in a while. I've changed radios thinking that may be problem, but same thing happens. I checked fieldtrial and the active set and neighbor set are both blank. When this happens, it sucks the battery quick. Next thing I'm going to try is going back to last PRL. Seems like this started happening after I updated to 60679, but may be a coincidence? Problem is when trying to switch PRL's, I get a "turn on LPM" error. I think last time I had to flash to stock ROM to downgrade PRL? If this doesn't work, I guess it's a tower issue or hardware problem?

Sounds like it. I've never had any problems like that...

Does it happen on any ROM or just mine?

I've only been using your ROM's for the last few months... so don't know? I'm going to try the downgrading of PRL 1st, then I'll test a different ROM if that doesn't work.
