Hey Sharkie, just flashed 5.1 6.5.x - the beta worked great for me on the road. None of the issues other reported affected me - so all is well.

That's great! Glad to hear it!

Just in case you didn't notice the final version of 5.1 was released. Although, if none of the listed bugs bothered you in the beta then there might not be a point in flashing it right away, since it's mostly the same as the beta save the bug fixes.

OK - I feel real dumb right now. I ran WinMoSpeed. Selected value to 40 which translates to 768 Mhz. Then I click "create link with current settings". Where does that link get created? Once I find it, I assume it needs to go into StartUp?

EDIT: nevermind. Found the link on the storage card and copied it into StartUp

I'd be curious to hear your thoughts on OC'ing slthomas and also whether or not it speeds up the phone enough for you personally that you would start using CHT.

I will report back in a few days Sharkie. Initially feels zippier. I need to put a load on it with multiple calls and large syncs. Kozmo - curious why the WinMoSpeed task does not show up in Task Manager in View/Processes?

Yup, I actually flashed the 5.1 final when I made that post. All is well in TP2 land for now.

If HTC Arrive had 4G I'd probably be using that, but for now the TP2 does everything I need it to do - with out $10 a month extra for "enhanced data." C'mon Sprint, I'll buy that for 4g, but for a 3g phone?

Where does Mo'tweets store pics? I want to make a custom folder in clear temp for it so it doesn't waste a lot of memory.

\My Device\Program Files\Panoramic\moTweets\pics.

There are also "ad" and "Temp" directories in the moTweets folder that can probably also be cleaned via ClearTemp.

So here's all the "Free" (as in not bound by a border) icons. For those that were wondering how they'd look, I added a couple of screenies against a dark background.

Remember for the Action Links and Sense Tab Links, uninstall the ones you have installed and install these. For the rest of the icons, after installation go to \Application Data\HTC\ProgLauncher and delete every file in that directory. They will automatically repopulate themselves with new .bmg files in the likeness of the new icons. .bmg files are what the quicklinks use as icons, so if you don't delete and repopulate them, your quicklinks will not match your new icons. Soft reset after you delete all the .bmg files.

Sorry, for those that have heard that already. But I'm sure, some have not. :)
