So as you can see, things are quite a bit different this time around. This ROM is not replacing my standard ROM. This is made from a new kitchen. I started out going towards a darker feel, but then kind of lost the taste for that. I also decided to just make this a CHT ROM. The plus side to cooking CHT in is that I can also cook in all the widgets I want! As you can see, that's mainly what this ROM is about from the start. Anyway, since I feel the ROM had lost that dark feel that I started it with, I couldn't settle on a name for it and so I named it "X", not the roman numeral for 10, but the letter X for the unknown.

Memory seems higher to me on this ROM, but I'm on a totally new phone and new battery and I really havent' broken it in yet like I shoud, so you guys let me know please. :) I'm not releasing on the first post because I want it to be tested more. I didn't see the point in having it beta tested for a week, when I'm sure there a plenty of you ready and willing! :)

I am only data on my end as well although the voicemail notifications come through just fine. I prefer a CHTless too. The new clock/calnder is awesome. The new darker feel looks great with my gloss black wallpaper. Very clean look. As far a facebook, I would have to agree with you. The only reason I ever used it is to import the facebook photos to my people tab then I turn off the tab and use the XDA version. I noticed that settings tab font slider is still green. I knew you were having trouble converting it before. Just thought I'd throw it out again in case you had forgotten it. I know things have been crazy lately. Great work again Sharkie.

huh that looks kinda cool, not sure how useful i would find it...at least till i tried it but i like 6.5.x (1 of the links looked as if it did not play w/ sense either)

dont know if you/sharkie/others played w/ the weather panel 2011 by dunc (xda). i find that alot more useful than sense weather tab. i have it were its hooked to the weather widget on cht(home tab) and it goes straight to the "2nd today plugin". i dont like the standard skin but there is also a gtx style that looks beast.

might have to try the x out but not so sure thats my tea; i fell to hard for the color of the original, lol. but i do have lots of suggestions (kinda not really) maybe others will like em, sense you say request away.

i do like idea of cht cooked in (but can see others dont, so either way) i also like the removal of certain things...games n such but i get at that later.

way back when i was asking questions on wifi router, i just got a android tab and it is a different world that does need some getting used to. i havent picked up that tab in a long while but maybe i will and feed ya a couple cool things i found.

p.s. on your tp2 you dont need to worry bout the data...just figure out how to use evo as "free" hotspot for your tp2 to access data/wifi. then you dont need to switch and can still use both phones side by side...multi-taskin at its best.

I'm thinking I really like this X ROM... as much as I want to flash the 29019 or the 21690, I think it's going to have to wait a few days. I made it almost 4 weeks on the 28245 (longest ever by far) so I guess I can wait? Have to echo what steveo70 said, love the dark theme and different clock/date, gives a totally different look.

edit: I like that you make separate posts for additional ROM's, makes it easier to thank you more :headbang:
