No - we have to hold the END CALL button down in order to power down. I had you do a small FYI writeup awhile back for Verizon users as you had the key pre-programmed for another function.

Now that I think about it you guys must have to use some sort of quick screen turn off app then right? Pressing the Sprint power button once puts the phone to sleep/screen off. Any recomendations?

@sharkie, i havent messed w/ it much on final v5...just an overwrite of those 2 pngs 1 time. i should just be able 2 delete said files and upon soft reset the original should be there, i thought. i have things smooth right now i dont feel much for a hard reset right now. i also think i might know what gives...

possibly caused by the tskbar i install. if you can remember what files you changed to fix the 'sub' vol control? thats when i 1st noticed the flip off. i will def try the vol cab 1st b4 the tskbar the next hard reset but just cant do it, lol.

Verizon users have a separate button to turn off the screen but it does not affect power. That is a long hold of the End Key.

Shark, could you build a bare bones rom with your eye candy in it. I love the graphics of your rom, but looking for a bare bones rom that I can load spb mobile shell on. Would this be a possibility.

Perhaps... I'm working on a "Pro" ROM as I'm calling it at the moment. Besides what is usually removable, I've removed maybe 4 or 5 more apps. I'm still deciding on what I want to take out of this one or not. We'll see...

did you by chance change the htcvolumecontrol.dll when you changed the sub vol controls (shifted to left of screen as shown in youtube/music tab) from the old htc style box? can you post a copy of the htcvolumecontrol.dll from your rom cause i have a feeling it could be my problem, makes since in my head at least

BING has turn by turn direction in it.

Its even seen streets that my GPS hasn't...

Its amazing dude.. I believe thats already in the rom.

The only thing is that it doesn't orientate itself to the direction of travel. So you have to turn your phone around to orientate yourself.

Since I dont have sprint nav. This navigation apps is awesome. Bing is actually my favorite app because under local you can search for any type of business and it gives you the option to call them or navigate to them...

Just amazing.

Cool, thanks for all the feedback. I'm glad to hear that Bing and Google maps seem to be meeting everyone's navigational needs. :)

Is ClearTemp v1.3.1, the latest version? I've tried it and like it and am going to start including it. Searching pulls up various sites with different versions of ClearTemp posted. Near as I can tell,v1.3.1 is the latest version... is that right?
I work all day today, but assuming that I remember during the hour I'll be home, I'll post it.
