Mine usually loads up w/89 on 6.5.x no co0kie. I wouldn't worry about the numbers (memory/system). If the rom looks like a fit for you then you won't be disappointed. Everything works out of the box, runs smooth and stable. OC's stable on WinMOSpeed. No need for a long winded post. I would bet everyone posting here will agree.

Steveo, thanks for the reply, but I noticed you said 'no cookie'!? Doesn't this come loaded with cookie? If so how are you removing it? Is cookie uninstallable? Thanks again for the great info!

Also can I ask what kind of clock you're getting with winmospeed? On my current NRG rom I top out at 710, but was running smooth on 729 on previous roms.

Sharkie does this great thing by cooking xtras in as cab file so the user can remove via settings/remove programs. I also use htcRIE to pre remove any ringtones/alarms ect I don't use (mainly to not have to scroll thru xtras) and JSPA program mgr to put new programs into proper folders. As far as OC, I can reach 787; however, 768 is the highest sweet spot. I too never reached as high trying NRGZ.

Also, look at the bottom of Sharkies first post. He has a list of the items that can be removed. Since they are cabs you can also recover them. FYI to save you any other reading, if you don't use rss it can be removed thru resco file explorer/cabs/remove rss feed. Doesn't come up under settings/remove programs.

I should add a little tid bit to the 1st post about how to go about removing the RSS feed for the non-CHT users. Thanks for pointing that out steveo.

things were great first few days, even improved on 2nd day,but since been a steady decrease, went through 2 batteries today flashed a R4 and only used 11% since and thats with double the amount of txt and calls received, thats was over 4 hrs ago
 you dont get it and neither do i

checked chargers and voltages coming from chargers and made sure was going through phone itself to the battery terminals, all is well on all fronts,im gonna say its my issue, had the softbar issue and now this and i NEVER have problems on your rom

Same with me Straitup. Was bizarre. I reflashed and did not make any modifications and the battery would tank in a few hours. Any chance it as something unique with Verizon users? I just went to the beta from last week a few hours ago (love the background wallpaper Sharkie). Will let you know how the battery goes with it.

Yeah, I'm not sure what the deal is. So far you guys are the only two to mention it besides someone saying the were having high memory issues. Have you guys noticed anything in particular using lots of memory?

I was trying to think what I changed since 2.0 R4. I replaced Notification Enhancement and made the Action Links. Straightup, I'm assuming that you remove the action links? Some graphic work, but that wouldn't affect memory at all. I did go from 21686 to 23563, but I hope that my 23563 is not to blame. Maybe I'll put up a 21686 v3.0 for comparison purposes..

Can some other people speak up on battery life? Over three hundred downloads so far, I just need a few responses please. :)
