Just a follow up. Anyone ever get another weather location on the sense tab, yet have the correct one on the home screen? Probably just a freak one time thing. Just unchecked the other locations for insurance purposes.

if you have Sprint and using an airave (or a neighbor has one) it will pick up the the address that the unit is using and can give you a different location

It's been a couple of weeks. I started off with the 6.5 Generic v2.0 and just flashed the 21686 last night. I switched over from Deck's ROM which I had been happy with for many months and just wanted to try something new (especially since he ditched his ROM to tinker with android). I am sure I will stick with your ROM for a long while! Great work.

lol...then i'm assuming it's not your neighbor:)

I've got an airave and when I'm in range it always shows my location as 2 cities over (where the main Sprint hub is), and occasionaly it will show a town across the Sound (50 miles away, the secondary hub)

Sharkie Im on your 2.4 version sprint and Ive had MMtaskmanager fail to launch several times on a soft reset on this rom and past roms. Its always caused me to hard reset because it will never launch again no matter what I do.

It causes my keyboard not to work (not the physical keyboard but the one on the screen) my background doesn't load, and also active sync doesn't recognize my phone. These are the only ones ive noticed stopped working.

The only thing I could think of that could cause this is sype 3.9 cab I have installed on all your roms.

It works fine and has been working for about a week and then all of the sudden it stops working and gives me this error. Do you know what could be causing it?

Have u seen this before?

MMTaskManager is a cab..try reinstalling it

start/tools/file explorer/my device/cabs/MMTaskManager

see if that helps

If your talking about this post, then that is just the standard windows mobile dialer. It's probably in every single ROM made. You can disable the HTC Dialer on any 6.5(.x) ROM and see that dialer. It also won't interface with Sense unless you use a hack.

Sorry I wasn't around much yesterday. Thursdays are my work from 7am - 11pm days. They suck. Anyway... Glad it's over. :)

I've had that MM error message pop up a couple of times since I've been using MMTaskManager. Hitting quit and restarting it has always worked. But again, it's only happened a couple of times to me and so I've not really worried about it. I wish that MM had a thread somewhere so things like this could be discussed in more detail then can be in his website.

I'll look into this a little though, and see if I can figure something out.

Been working on trying to get Opera to act right. It's a stubborn biatch! Still working at it though. I believe once I get that straight a release will follow soon after.

Dont worry about it. I just uninstalled it and havn't had any problem. I dont really see any benefit in using it in a day to day program.
