Looking awesome!!! I'm seriously considering flashing this ROM once the new update is out. And to be totally honest I've NEVER flashed anything besides a MightyROM since I joined this site...

beautiful rom , but its taking to much memory , and I hate opera 10 because I cant ge it to work , because I have metro pcs , opera 9.7 does work for me

Thank you! I've not heard any complaints about memory usage yet and I don't have any on my end either. Have you played with PagePool changer at all? I cook them at "0", but there's apparently some debate as to what the best pagepool setting is. Some say have a "0" dynamic page pool leads to high memory usage over time. I disagree, but to each his/her own. Perhaps you just like a slimmer ROM in general. I don't have any plans on making an ultra-slim version. Sorry :(

I love Opera10 which is why I have it set as the default browser. As I've never had Metro, well not in the last 6 or 7 years since I left Miami, I've no experience with it not working with Opera10. What's the issue with Metro and Opera10?

What are anyone else's thoughts on Opera?

Opera10 or 9.7?
Opera set as default browser or leave IE as default?

I would vote Opera10 as the default browser. Just my preference. Don't care much for Mobile IE myself.

I flashed sprint CHT for some weird reason I get a connection not valid error "57600 Default" when syncing with my pc using USB.

What can possibly be causing it?

I've gotten this error several times myself, but hadn't heard anything from anyone else in the thread so I assumed it was something up with my phone specifically.

I don't have an immediate answer for you unfortunately. I've always been able to get it to sync by playing around with USB to PC Pop up. That coupled with the fact that I've been solely focused on my dialer issue has lead to that not being a priority. I will look into though. At the moment I'm having kitchen troubles and my ROM won't boot, so I gotta get things up and running again first.

I can say you can try removing the elias async killer program. That's the only immediate thing I can think of. I've not tried removing that program myself, so it's worth a shot. I'd be curious to know if that solves the problem. Some say that it's best to leave async running or just close it yourself when need be via a task manager. Maybe they're right.

Again, I'll look into this issue as well. Gotta work a lot over the course of the next 2 or 3 days so an update during that time period is unlikely, sorry everyone. :(

op as i posted my tethering quit period, was fine then nothing. fresh flash also. main reason i left rom was tethering. i prefer opera 9.7 also but its a simple install. heres the best 9.7 imo plus the ext package.

Do you have a fix for the connection issue that I mentioned on the posting above?
