I have actually noticed this on several versions. it's either a ms issue or htc.

If you go to start menu, settings and then sounds & notifications to set sound 1st, then soft reset, it seems to work perfect. I had this issue on my fav cooks roms here too peridically.

after reset seems to be no problem with going thru the usual way on the tflo tab.

I thought at 1st it was the phone pad version but had same issue even on ngrz periodically. Personally i like conference calling. So thats the phone pad i use.

Ive tried to find an answer to this issue.. maybe one of our great cooks here can pm me with some luv..

Forgot to mention: It was on the very first ROM and then the 21903 cookie unmodded.

Same here. I haven't had a chance to try the newest 21903 which hit yesterday, but on the first 6.5.x version (23569 I think) which came out around 5/12/10 that was happening on it also.
