1st thought comes to mine is a bad flash. Put your phone in bootloader mode and then connect to your pc and flash again. Bootloader mode = "Hold down the Volume down button & Power button at the sametime until you see the rainbow on your screen"

It's simple, just install and hold the phones endkey down and that screen will popup. 1 screen = 12 functions, quicker than using quicklinks.

I tried to install this but could never get it to work on the all carrier rom. More detail, this is on a Verizon TP2 with the power button being the red end button. After install and reboot and pressing the power/end button it still asks if I wand to power off and does not go to the end key program. I don't know if it's because I'm using a VZW TP2 or not.

Sprint/All Carrier rom, same rom! Only thing different is Carrier and MMS ext files, other than that it all the same. Do you get an error during or after install? Or does it not work at all. Check your setting in (all settings, personal,buttons) see what you have selected under "Long Press End Key) select (Always display the Quick List)
