Since you used the activesync I assume you are using xp. I use win7 64bit with WMDC and have never encounter seen this problem. I send myself messages all the time will in sync with win7 and MyMoblier. Which is a great way to control without touching your phone. Your windows mouse pointer click on image of your phone will do the same as if you had tap the phone with your finger.

Do you have the settings turn on. With V10 goto all settings, sounds and display, select notification sounds, make sure that all are set to on.

Sorry since I never done and activesync with xp with this phone maybe another member might say if they have seen the same problem.

Its been since 17 July that Maxycy has released any updates. It would be nice to have something come from him saying that MaxSense is still alive and he's still working on the next release.

"Yes it is still being developed. Max was in the middle of a move a bit ago. He might be living life as this is a side project, he could have no internet yet, don't know. Some others are working on widgets. There will be changes but as to when I can not say." Don't get me wrong, I love MaxSense, but anytime you spend that time and effort in a project it become a passion. Just to stop like he has without posting is strange by any means.

Just to clear this up..M$ also does the spying on your data thing..the china filtering news, Google was just highlighted because their policy is openess and having a filter was kinda controversial so they pulled out of china altogether so they don't have to filter results...M$ on the other hand still filters in china and most Android handsets in China come with Bing which filters for china. Remember Android is open source..so if you wanted to you can remove Google completely from Android and replace it with Yahoo/Bing...thats what the companies do in China...

Just to keep you updated I am working on a Manila 2018 Version with CHT 1.8.5. May or may not take some time. Having a few problems with email setup. Please pm me if you are willing to try this beta V11 (22037). Just the standard tabs, facebook app and im, but no FB tab as of now. Added DivX player to the list. Still need to glass manila files.

BTW: Edit, this is for Sprint only till tomorrow I may get to the Multi-Carrier version. Sorry

Suntopper and ModmyPPC: the Quicklink bookmarks capture is now working. Still having problems with email setup, just unrar the attached file and copy to your windows directory. Soft reset then setup your email. When you start send or receive, Sense will restart by itself. Just let the download finish and then you can view your email. Should have this problem fixed by this weekend.

How you change to different weather graphics depends on what version rom you using, V10 or MaxSense.

I'm getting ready to enter the world of Droid. I suspect that will take me month or so getting my feet wet with Android. Been playing with the TP2 version, other than no sound it's working very well. I did make a no CHT version but found that was no faster or better than with CHT. It's not as simple as it sounds, removing CHT affects other files also. Just don't have the time for just one request for no CHT in my rom. :violent1: :pale:

Sound is working on TP2 android ([CAB] GSM&CDMA Project Android Port and Startup Utility [8/26] SOUND IS FIXED! ) . I used your titanium rom and ran Mobile shell and it was beautiful Im thinking of reflashing it and running android.
