Not sure about the button issue, but I think my buttons all look fine. This is the dusk taskbar I've been using. Cabs and EXT zipped up. The color behind the clock in the taskbar doesn't seem to cook in properly, so I just have to install it through XDA_UC.

Man I love the icons but that wait cursor just doesn't sit well with me.

Just thought i'd add a progress report on 21649/ as I've had mixed results.

I'm on the second run of the build, the first one i used "Base" and it ran for roughly 6 hours before it froze up. I had some things i was actually trying to do, so i flashed htc's MR1 release.

Re worked the kitchen, and cleaned up extra junk, downloaded the "Icons" version and inserted the Base icons in. So far ran over night, and seems to be running "well"

and by "well" i mean, i think 21648 had zero lock ups and memory idled a bit lower, especially on 21647 (although this one did not get the enlarged scroll bars, 21648 and 21649 have)

Also. since it's still testing, im not sure if you would want to add Office 2010 and Threaded email to ""49, or just wait and see if a 21650 comes out that's worth the extra effort? thanks

Thanks for the info! Looks like you were dead on except for build number! If ya'll will report on how well it runs, i will put up a threaded version this time along with manila-and skinned.

If i get some time, i will finish up some other sys that i have. 25016, i have heard, is pretty awesome with speed and memory management.

Didn't see this posted anywhere, but here is a link to a thread over at mobileunderground that has a lot of good kitchen tools that could be useful. Some may have these others may not, just thought I would throw that out there.

I do not see an app.reg for the Camera. There is an RGU but I looked for the setting under there that mapped to the ones I am looking for and when I change the settings on the phone and look at those setting in the reg they don't update.

So I am lost on this one.

Is this an OEM or EXT package. If it is an OEM you could convert it to EXT and it then it should have an app.reg and an app.dat. The app.dat tells the kitchen what directory to make and place the .lnk file in, while the app.reg configures the settings for that particular package. You can PM me if you need additional help with this.

This should do it, as long as you install HTCAnimation... if this doesn't work I'll try making a new cab file with HTCAnimation too

Thanks going to try 21651 today. Will likely try out 25016 too if you have heard good things.

What does this driver do better than the old one?
(it's about 20kb bigger driver - this one from the sprint 6.5 dump)
