OK. .. pdanet Will not work with this Rom because the Usb drivers can't install on my notebook. I also tried Easy Tether Android same problem. My notebook does not detect my phone when plugged in via usb. Debugger is enabled. Also audio does not work. In-call audio works through the ear piece only but the volume is low and will not adjust up or down with volume rocker. Everything seems to work as expected besides the things that are known to be not working I'm experiencing a lot of lag while typing this with the on-screen keyboard. I have to let the phone catch up after typing each word. Its pretty bad. I'm not sure what's causing this terrible lag. If the speakers worked I would definetely stay with this rom. Its very nice concidering the known bugs.

Check this out for wifi tethering. http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...postcount=5096

I noticed the lag in the browser also. That is the only place it really seems to lag though

JMZ, Thanks for putting out this ROM and for your military service. Wouldn't it be ironic if you were a "chef" on the ship too.

Be careful with the charging there is no power management yet so you can over charge the phone and kill the battery/phone or both!

I am pretty sure that won't happen. I think the only thing with the power is the indicator. I have left it on the charger for a few hours and nothing major. A very tiny heat up but nothing more than using it in WM.

I ran it for a while but i am not seeing the benefit of only having Android. The way it is now i can have winmo and android on my sd card. I didn't notice any speed increases from sd or ROM. IMO

yeah. this is mainly for people that want to test it out without the hassle of copying the files over. i will be honest, i dont use it on a regular basis. I am working on getting Android 2.1 working now. I got it working to the same limitaions as this one but it wont shut down. and the my location clock doesnt work.
