because I have a problem, a compulsion. I need to do everything myself in order to feel like I did not just steal work, plus its always a learning experience. That and my skin is already blue and don't want to have to recolor it all too. Indexing the images causes issues, but there are other ways to reduce image size, as that xda guy posted. indexing reduced the size by 50% though

Your current Start Kitchen.cmd asks a question not covered in your page 1 instructions:

EXT(Android/Baseline/Nothing/HTC):

Question: -- When should I use Baseline vs. HTC? (I looked in the directories and see things like HTCFramework and ConcurrenceManager in both)?

a little problem: don't have wifi setting shortcuts in win menu, and don't have wifi advance settings which can check ip status...

Baseline is the one you want. HTC is a stock rom, no changes...titanium only I think

I left out those things, but I can add them back they are very small.

HTC is only HTC packages, and only what is needed for basic hardware function, none of my added stuff. just camera, etc. USB to PC doesn't work it in though. I have removed this option is the nightlies.

also having an issue with roms being absurdly large. only have between 60k and 90k free mem when build is done...whats the large packages that hog this?
