did you read the xda post, theres fixes posted for lots of issues? worked fine for me and make sure your using 6.5 and not 5x cab.

This ROM doesn't change your radio, so you should be good to go. If you do a task29 it will wipe out your radio and you'll need to flash a new one. Keep in mind, this ROM is for CDMA only, not sure what type you're on, but if it's not CDMA you're gonna run into problems.

if you just wanna flash a cdma radio dont worry about task29, are you sim unlocked also? flashing radios is like flashing a rom but what exactly are you trying to do? if your NOT sim unlocked use these radios.
