PPCGeeks - [ROM] [06-18-10] MR.X Sense 2.5

Glad this was brought up. Been using all mrx's roms and had the mms working on sense 2.5 and all was good. Had to hard reset so got the 3.05 rom. Dont remember what i did to get mms working. Ive been reading and searching and downloadling for 2 hours and cant get it to work. Do you need to provision first and install the flyers cab above. and it will work?

provision first all the time before anything imo but yes before using flyers cab.

I also noticed that my TP2 seems to charge much faster from an AC adapter than the USB port on my laptop. Is the orange indicator lighting when you plug it into the USB? I installed this cab and was able to better eval charge rates: http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/attachment...3&d=1260540617. Now pretty sure I was just seeing % inaccuracies due to the top 10% actually covering more of the charge range.

I can play YouTube vids from the included Opera version with no probs. You could try the flash issue patch from here in post #2: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=544770 or install another version.

yes sir, orange is charging indicator and green means done.

sorry but this still didn't work. I mean it does show I have a text and I can open it up but I cant view it on main screen which means I cant scroll through them. thanks for the help

Is there some hack/edit to get the Audio Booster to automatically turn on when the 3.5" is plugged in or when a certain app runs (ie., Coreplayer)?

use the built in amp on coreplayer and you wont need it unless you wanna go deaf. ever use it?

Indeed I've tried it at various levels, but it causes crackling/popping/distortion on certain files at points whereas the Audio Booster hasn't so far.

Yeah it only happens on live recordings/stuff grabbed from YT. Not a biggie, would just be real convenient.
