PPCGeeks - [ROM] [06-18-10] MR.X Sense 2.5

how did you get maxmanila to work?? i used the zip u posted and installed it on my tp2 but it was all jacked up. no slider icons, some letters seemed to be a different language, other issues as well. I think I may just stick with my regular set-up until max sense gets released (cant wait for that :) yeah!)

I do everything with my pc,Go in menu/setting/home and uncheck Htc sense, then install Manila Max then copy the mode9 to your windows folder on your phone restart sense ............

Easy as 123 Hope this helps...............Manila Max works wonderful with Mr.X ROM

EDIT: If you do everything from your phone here's how you do it...

When I get picture mail on the 3/5 rom and flyers mms cab, I have to click on the attachment or picture 3 times to get it to open. Is this normal or have I done something wrong?

normal, well not 3times. is your settings on auto dl or manual? sounds like manual, only takes 2 taps for me.

Settled on this ROM yesterday after flashing a few others. No probs syncing with exchange for me. Did have that problem once on my TP. Accidentally had "server requires an encrypted connection" enabled for my exchange account. You might try toggling that setting for shiZ and giggles.

I open text, click on attachment, goes to another screen, click on attachment, another screen and click to open again.

That's strange, I click on text from the tab (which opens up the threaded text message), then click the attachment which opens another text window with a small blue box for the attachment, cli9ck the small blue box and voila, porn from Flyers!!!

I had a problem with getting pict mails at first and installed flyers mms cab and I the got pict messages.
Is it possible to have two mms programs running at the same time? No porn though. I must be on the wrong lists.

If I'm understanding what you're saying, you're doing the same thing as me, and although it's somewhat of a pain, you can thank arcsoft for that. I just look at it as the nature of the beast. You may find another arcsoft cab that you don't have to go through the steps, but IMO the one Flyers modded and Imnuts modded are the best (they both do the same) as you can insert a pic/vid into a threaded text message, send to multiple people, etc, and you can't do that on all arcsoft cabs.
