I like the mod because I get calendar appointments and a call history on the home screen. Although you can now get that through the new Cookie Monster mod as well. Refer here for that:

One more item that I would like to add is that I am using MaxTTM (TF3D Theme Maker by Max) to create the full screen wallpaper on the home screen. I believe I saw a post mentioning that as a possible issue with YouTube, but it is working fine for me.
