installing a 1% battery cab that replaces the .dll file

or making a change to the registry which I dont think anyone would do on accident.

Hopefully the updated CoOkieMonster Hometab 1.6 is released tonite so we could try it out on the new Mr. X ROM.

I did like Co0kies home tab but I didn't find the need for soooo many shortcuts plus on the rom I installed it on it slowed things down just a tad too much. I will probably try it on this rom though.

What I have been using instead is this cab which gives you a total of 16 shortcuts in rows 4 wide. At least check it out if all you really want is 4 columns of shortcuts.

If Im not mistaking 1% battery cab might be cooked in already. That why we are able to install the newer taskbars and go... Like I said I could be mistaking...

the battery driver that's cooked in allows for both 1% read-outs AND rapid charge.

for example, in mightyrom the rapid charge driver is cooked in but by default it only reads out at 10% because in the registry it is set to round.

people didn't realize this so they had been cabbing up an alternate driver that came with 1% readouts but it did NOT have rapid charge.

now that people have caught on they can simply install a cab that makes the regedit automatically or they can manually edit the registry... but there are still some older 1% battery cabs that are floating around which are not needed on this or mighty's roms.

My guess is that your's is a newer version that allows for landscape support but I'll have to tear it apart with wince cab manager later on.

oh and if you are going to use that you will want to check the status of your calendar in "year" view. if it is messed up you need to also install this cab. I know it says manila 2011 but it's been working for me on 2012 roms.

Give the credit to the makers please...if you see a post by them...thank them not me...they did the hard part...Santod and MycKera is off hand who I remember...also the wet chrome clock just changes the numbers and he has plenty more of them....I will find the link at XDA and post it...
