It makes this rom almost unusable for me.

This happened to me a few versions back... do you have a custom taskbar loaded? I'm trying to remember what it was... or if you have custom clock and array, did you use a '3 file setup" I posted a while back? Those files don't play nice with the rom, in fact, X, if you could, take them off the paperclip that would prolly save some ugliness for people.

Nope, never had that issue, it may lag for a sec or two, but never 30.

+1 on fishingmedic's comment, I never lagg to that degree. Maybe 2 or 3 seconds, thats it.

Not sure if it is the hardware or this RO but, since I switched from my TP1 with DCD's ROM, My battery life rocks. I had the best battery life with the latter till now. I had to carry 2 spare batteries to get me through the day. Now It's been 8 hours and only down to 70%. I am loving this. I never have to soft reset unless I am installing an app that requires it. W00t!

Don't hate her for it, she had to make a living to support you somehow.

If you are restoring any pic mail....do not...
I know that X rom does not lag for 30 seconds...tested that function heavily...it is rock solid...

I've had the same problem on both of the 2.5 ROMs. I figured it was me being overloaded on text messages or something so I haven't posted about it but i'd love to see this go away!

Clean up your text and pic messages if any and see what happens...

How would one go about NOT restoring any picmail if I'm using MyPhone to do the backup and restore? Do I have to go into the web portal for MyPhone and find any pic messages there and delete them?

No custom stuff, only thing I really added was LockDevicev1.6 but I think it was doing it before I added that. What is your '3 file setup', I am having trouble finding it.

yes or just un-check all text messages from the phone itself....I never back up texts...seems to give issues at one point or another...
