Yes, before doing anything, I hard reset after falshing. Have installed various roms but wanted to give this a shot since I am on Sprint. Thanks.

i had two issues with your last rom (which was awesome BTW). MobileRadio and Pandora Didnt work for me.

did those two programs work on the stock rom?
if they did not then it will not work on this Rom being base off the stock sprint ROM:scratch:

Gary, I ran QuickGPS and then ran Google Maps and had NO problems whatsoever. I got a GPS fix within 5 seconds. I also verified that Sprint Navigation is working without a hitch.

**When using Google Maps, be sure that you go to Menu>Options>Use GPS

I just downloaded the Mobile Radio application you posted and am listening to 90's music streaming through Windows Media Player just fine.

Sprint Provisioning is already cooked directly into the ROM and Google Maps and Sprint Navigation are verified working.

May need to flash back to Sprint Stock and try this again since it is working. I had just flashed form another custom rom so this might be the problem.

hey chris, you should cook these mms cabs in next time. better then what your using now, has a 100% working mms with bigger sending limit. also i was wondering what are you using for your 2016 texting bug fix?

Other carriers restrict incoming mms messages over a certain size which is why I didn't cook in anything larger than stock.

Not blaming this great rom at all because I would like to use it as primary rom for a while but still no go last night for me on Google Maps finding my GPS location in NYC. Did several hard resets and ran Quick GPS, then launched Google Maps and all I could get is San Fransisco to ocme up. Did not flash back to my stock Sprint rom before flashing this rom but again did several hard resets of this rom - all else worked flawlessly even BING found my location with no problems. If I need to do something other than what I have done, please let me know. Again, no criticism inteneded regarding the rom since others have no problem with Google Maps appp - just looking for any solutions that might help me here and thanks.

In google maps you have to hit options/use gps. It will then search for gps, hit the little blue button in the lower right corner to reset, it should lock on you right after.

Gary, you have posted the same issue about 3 times and myself and several other users have all confirmed that Google Maps is working fine.

You need to do 2 things:

Step 1: Go to Start>Tools>QuickGPS and download fresh satellite data.

Step 2: Open Google Maps and go to Menu>Options>Use GPS

San Franciso is the default shown map when you start Google Maps therefore it seems as though you have not enabled GPS within the Google Maps application. When I enable GPS using step 2, I get at least 10 satellites locked on and a GPS fix within seconds.

Google Maps "issue" resolved now and thanks for the rom and the help. Also, just a question - is the rapidcharge feature for battery in this rom and thanks again for the great work.

Hey chris i was wondering what you are using for your 2016 fix? Also with the arcsoft your using if im in a message and hit options>insert, all the fields are blank. But if i install the imnuts arcsoft cab, it works and im able to insert pictures, or files right into the message.

Sounds like you installed something and broke the insert link for Arcsoft. Try a hard reset as I am experiencing no problems with inserting mms pictures or videos.

only problems so far for me have been with opera it wont refresh the browser at times an when on the internet on websites when trying to hit FN then sym on the keyboard it just pops ups then goes away but if im using it with a text message it works fine any regedit fot that ?

OK so correct me if im wrong but that would be Ziggy's fix right, where your using the phones time stamp. I think if you set that to zero, it would use the carriers time stamp?

OK, thanks. Awesome ROM by the way and your help is much appreciated. I'm still on the generic version of your ROM. I only care about NFL cab and the sprint navigation, don't really care for the other sprint stuff. Is there any other differences between these two ROM's?

The only differences between the two are that the Sprint Lover's ROM is provisioned for Sprint and has a dedicated "Sprint" folder which includes all of the Sprint applications pre-cooked into the rom.
