I don't have any gps lag myself. Try flashing back to ship then reflash.

We both tired it on different phones and both had a 45 sec or worse lag so reflash is not going to make a diffference.TP2 has had a few second delay with the tp2 but this must have something to do with drivers or something.

What he means is did you first flash to the stock Sprint ROM and THEN this one? As asinine as that sounds it can be important. I flashed a very minor upgrade to another ROM and it ran horribly with a lot of lag without doing that step. Then when I flashed back to the original Sprint ROM and then back to the one that was lagging...it ran great! Get it? It won't necessarily fix your problem but it's the first thing to try. This ROM is very fast in general...

Did you run QuickGPS? I'm actucally not running this rom right now, so I can't really test, but I do use GPS a bit, and never experienced a lag. The GPS files are in the sys, so it may vary between sys builds. 21891 is out now, so I may update the rom with that buiild and some other system package updates. I've been running 6.5.X builds the last few days, and they seem to be progressing nicely..

I am looking for a way to revert back to the old calendar popup box. Below is what the old calendar box looks like.

Do you get that calendar when running it from the start menu as well, on only through the home widget? Did you try changing the "action" of the widget? Not running SPB now, so can't test..

All I can suggest to to disable the action of the widgets, and see if that works. It may not be possible to diable SBP MS's new calendar app though.

I installed SPB mobile shell on mightymike's rom and it didnt change the calendar box.

Was it the latest version of 3.5.3? Did you try changing the default action of the SPB calendar widget?
