Re: 03.03.11 Titanium ROM updates (21916,28244)
Looking for the wifi version in cab form that's in this rom. Wanted to install it in my wifes stock tp2. DL'ed wifi router as a trial, it's different, and I'm worried about it being stealth too. Thoughts? What version is this one?

Re: [ROM] Plutonium,Neodium,Titanium [21916,28244]
Hi All,
I have a Sprint TP2 and am a refugee from Deck's SSS TP2 ROM (r12) and ready to make a leap to a ROM still under development. By far my greatest concern is stability: WAY more important to me than speed or eye candy. If possible, I would like CHT and WI-FI router, but everything else is negotiable. A simple, clean interface without animations or wallpaper would be ideal. Vin's builds have a reputation for stability, but is one or another of these ROMs more stable and least prone to crashing? I've read the first couple dozen posts in this thread but am not getting a clear sense of the interface differences between the versions or what is most stable. I've been out of the loop awhile and perusing 10,000 posts isn't doable. Thanks for any recommendations. |

Re: [ROM] Plutonium,Neodium,Titanium [21916,28244]
Thanks, cganesh75. I installed the Neodium build and it's running great.
Is there a built-in way to 1) prevent appointment/calendar pop-ups on the lock screen and 2) remove them from the Home page? Or do I need a third-party cab? I'd like to do this, but not at the risk of compromising the rock-solid stability and speed of this ROM. In the past I've used CHT, but have seen posts in this thread saying that it might introduce instability/sluggishness. Thoughts? |

I've been using plutonium and have loved it for the most part. I'll try out neodium. Keep up the awesome work and thanks.

Re: [ROM] Plutonium,Neodium,Titanium [21916,28244]
I just installed Feb.10.2011.Neodium
But I don't see any way to force the phone into EVDO only.. I don't see the "mode of operation" tab in CDMA Services.. I need this feature.. I just assumed it would be standard I see that the "roaming only" is back.. and that's great! Also, I don't know if it's just cause I flashed the phone.. but the auto launch of "internet sharing" is not always working even when it's configured by "USB to PC" Instead "Windows Mobile Device Center" starts connecting.. I don't know if this is cause it's how I installed the phone.. and it has a profile setup for my last rom.. or what.. on the phone the autosync isn't even setup.. And I went into "Windows Mobile Device Center" and told it not to connect by usb.. and it still doesn't allow the internet sharing to automatically do its thing.. So I dunno if a reboot is needed or a new syncing profile or a new usb port.. but having weird reactions on this fresh flash.. |
