Just flashed my generic neodium for tests.Damn thing is so fast,and free 98mb of ram after flash..
I wish I could get that speed on 6.5.X

Contacts on your screenshot is a part of Win Mo SYS-aka outlook contacts.They cannot be enabled or disabled.Only add/removed from ROM.
HTC Contacts with facebook pics "People" is generated by HTC packages.Those can be enabled in startmenu by the regtweak.Same tweak enables "peep"-tweeter and HTC Calendar in start menu
