Correct, use cab I just made below..
You must change the order of tabs and make it 9th on the list for it to work.
It is just setting the "enable" key in registry to zero.
But it has to be the 9th on the list to work.
whatever is 9th on tab oder list will be disabled with this cab...

If Maxxy-cab doesn't help, try turning OC off. OC sometimes adds a delay to screen response.

Undo? Maxxy-cab to the rescue!
Disable? Maybe you can uninstall Maxxy-cab & it will come back up?
