great news:
I couldt sleep well with plus code bug on cdma network.After weeks of fighting with it Im happy to say "the byo...h is concuered".It works now!!!

I have to test it on 3 different radios to make sure.So far 2.23WU passed the test.

I am running cookie 2.0.0 on Plutominun ROM how do you turn off the weather anamation clouds? Also I notice that with cookie the start up is really slow how do you make it faster?

Don't shut down the phone

but seriously, the more stuff you add into cookie, the slower it starts. I've got two pages of 16 links and it seems to start pretty quick.

i also posted the cab to turn animation off, use the paperclip to find it but if you cant i will post it but when i used cookies i turned it off there.

Cache "pre warm up" tweaks slowing down startup.Its part of the deal to get better ROM performance.
Uploaded new ROM.SYS 28240,minor changes.I think its competitive to 28237 ROM now.

+code works in roaming (in all areas) and on home network in few areas.Its not 100% fixed yet
