PPCGeeks - [ROM] Plutonium,Neodium,Titanium [21916,28244]

Today is the first day that I've had a weather forcast with FULL SUN in it. Looks like the weather animation when I switch from one location to another is a bit choppy. (About 4 frames per second) It wasn't choppy with that partly clouldy animations, which don't have the sun flare flicker effect on them. I'm guessing that the flicker may add another graphic element that taxes the graphics chip a bit. Maybe that explains why only some of us are seeing this choppiness. Depends on the particular animation.

+1 I want to reflash and leave out some tweak cabs I installed. I ended up trying some out, but it seems they only made things worse or not even did anything at all. Hell I need to flash anyways. Might as well do it now.:mrgreen:

imo takes just as long to clear storage as it does to flash exe but i see your point too.

Fantastic roms! I have tried the most recent neo-cookie and the pluto-cookie (my first attempt at 6.5.X) and these roms are great!

I do have a potential problem. When I was downloading the pluto 7/9 rom it was moving painfully slow so I used the mirror that was back around 10 pages or so. I just realized that my comm manager is not working, so I am wondering if there is a chance that what I downloaded was actually an older version than 7/9. Is there a place I can see the current rom I am on. When I look at the "software information" page, it gives me a date of 10/16/09 and an OS version of 5.2.23568 (23568.5.5.0). I am thinking this info is not correct, but I'd like to confirm. I believe the 7/9 pluto is 23569.

At this point I have downloaded the pluto-cookie from page 1 so I can reflash if needed, but I'd like to avoid that if possible.

Any help is appreciated...thanks!

for full animation issue all I can do is to cook cfc'd sense rom.Personally I prefer simply to turn it off with cht animation switch
