did you guys use DINIKs tpro 2 version or version 2.1 for the hd2? because the pro2 version works, its just that the space bar is off by a lil bit

edit* so i un installed the pro 2 version and after reboot the key borad was still there but the spacebar had fixed its self so now all is good .. lol

i bet Vin will hook us up with a 1.8 version shortly thereafter. He's always on top of things. Not sure if you can install 1.8 over 1.7.1 to be honest.

Sadly for me, it looks like Vin and everyone on this forum are pretty hot on Anastasia. For me it just makes the phone harder to read, the taskbar is unreadable and the clear slider gets cluttered when the background shows through it. Plus, even on V2 it seems there's a performance hit. I suspect that since I seem to be the only one who feels this way, when cookie 1.8 comes out I expect Vin will still be cooking it up with Anastasia. So I either have to move on to another ROM or stay with his last Plutonium V3, (which is still the best rom I've found out there.) and try to upgrade it.

I am with you on the Anastasia. It looks great, but for me actual usage is more difficult. Of course, I am an old coot compared to most here, so my eyes are not what they use to be. :)

I rolled back to V3 as well for the same reason. Wish I could find just the white ana flip clock though. I love it but cannot find it as a standalone install in Dinik's thread.

I like plut v3 cookie as well. still have it on my tp2, inactive at the moment but my wife my snag it. lol. awesome rom along with neodium. I like the some of the anastasia tweaks (slider) but find myself wanting the gfreak taskbar back.

Same here.... Vin's Plutonium Co0kie builds have been far and away my favorite TP2 ROM versions to date. Plus, the new Anastasia flavor just has too much tinting on everything, in order to achieve the thick glass look, for my taste. Nonetheless, hopefully Vin will consider continuing the Plut line in future for us hardcore fans. Please! Maybe an ultimate Plutonium 239 line or something, hehehe...

Best to all,
R

if you guys dont like dinik stuff then ask for older rom or put your own mods over them, i dont see where the issue is really. this is the first rom that i use cooked in taskbar and slider so i know you can dl over both.http://www.pic4ever.com/images/bore.gif

Not that I dislike Dinik's stuff at all. It really looks cool. Just harder for me to read and use. I love the clock. As I mentioned, I would like to be able to install just the clock but cannot find it.

Not sure what you are saying with the little violin guy. I don't think anyone was whining or complaining. Just a different take on the mod.

I personally don't like to install taskbars. My experience is that the odds of having issues caused by an installed custom taskbar are higher than from ones cooked in. But, that could just be me.

tell me what taskbar you want. it wont screw anything up if your worried about the volume issue i have edited tb's with new dll's in them so it wont happen.
