I'm not digging the "bling" look either. Also, the background (white dots) of the number keys detract from/reduce the overall contrast with the numbers, which makes it harder to read...the numbers don't stand out. Not digging the number fonts either ... they're greyish or even a little "out of focus" looking. I prefer numbers that stand out. :dontknow:

I have no idea what's involves in skinning a dialer, but I wouldn't mind giving it a shot. I'll look into it.

edit: looked into it ... seems like there's a bunch of image files that are slapped in place & out top of each other to make the dialer. so, just have to mod those files?

could someone please .zip up the files that make up a TP2 dialer along with an image of the final dialer? i could then jump right into it. but i would need someone to cab it for me when i'm done. TIA...

I like the elements of the new dialer, but I agree that they may cancel each other out. I suggest trying plain blackground on the keys, and make the talk button plain as well.... (Love the 3D effect, but perhaps for another skin.)

Somebody was asking about a dialpad switcher. It is included in the latest Neo ROM. I like it!

I have the same problem too my gps cuts in and out at times and I don't know why. My gps is accurate but it does not hold the signal strength.

Mine is not accurate at all...and I can't figure out why. If accurate=2500 meters then I'm good. But, I don't think so.

Sounds like you aren't using GPS at all. If you are in google maps go into menu>settings> and select "Use GPS". I can get accuracy within 20 meters INDOORS!
