running Plutonium, push mail all day 15-20 e-mails, 50-60 sms, a few calls15-20 min, random facebook hits all day. took it off the charger at 6 and did a charge at 4 and was at 60%....by far, the best bati utilization I have seen. I've only been on this for a day and a half so I really haven't been able to fully cycle by bati....but i'm loving this rom so far. pretty loaded, good looks, speed is up there, no crashes or SR needed so far. Very impressed

Anyone pissed at how slow our camera works?????
I found this:

HKLM\SOFTWARE\HTC\Camera\Captparam

Key: CapKeyDelayTime: Originally 1500, change to 500
Key: CaptureTimer: Originally 5000, change to 100

HOWEVER: this still wasn't fast enough---my kids run too fast. I changed both values to 50 and it works GREAT. pics are clear and almost instantanious.

Anybody using WMDC on latest Neodium?I think its complitely broken in 21904.
Looks like 21903 worked better :/
Im going to recook Neodiums tomorrow

Good find....but please dont spam all rom threads with this....just create a thread for it...we just went through this with the overclocking thing...lol....but your is more valuable imo....just start a thread for it....:mrgreen:
