What issue are you having exactly? Are you not able to download? I was able to dl both Neodium versions without issue. If this is what you were referring to, you might want to give it another shot. Good luck!

where are you having an issue with the rar file? corrupt/incomplete downloads or in extracting it?

if it is when you attempt to extract what are you using to do so? I would suggest WinRAR from www.rarsoft.com

if it is you cant actually complete the download, well gonna need more info as to where the problem occurs to know where to suggest fixing that one

Has anyone else had an issue with viewing the caller: Sometimes when people call me my phone rings but I cant view the caller. I procedd with letting them goto voicemail (I dont answer unknown calls) then click the phone and I can see the missed call & Caller.
Otherwise I love Vinn's Roms they are the Best I am using Plutonium

I had this issue when tryed to cook sys 28XXX.But on 23563 it didnt happened to me yet.
People also talked about it in 6.5 developing thread earlier

running your newest build and gotta say your choice of clocks,
backrounds, and other sense mods are sweet. but will start
looking for more asap. thanks again Vin for the sick rom.
