I installed the 10M sprint arcsoft from the first post (http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showpost.php?p=1647090&postcount=2185)

and when i go to send a pic I get the following error:

Message delivery failed: or message receipt failed

The pic is less than 500k so way below the limit...any ideas?

Another problem I'm having with 6.5.3:

In other versions (6.5, 6.1) when u clicked on the keyboard icon, it would show and hide the keyboard and if u held the keyboard icon down you would get the menu to choose the SIP. but in 6.5.3 it only shows the menu (no way to hide the keyboard once you show it)...is there a work around for this?

use the cab i posted, 5mb sending edit plus #of people limit tweaked and it works fine on vins roms, uninstall yours/softreset then install flyers mms cab to mainmem/softreset
use the paperclip to get the cab.

touch to the left side of the hide/show icon for the keyboard onscreen
it took a bit for me to get used to that as well and can take a bit of fiddling to find on just how far left to touch, but that will work - center (right on the button) or right will give the menu your seeing

This also works but is hard to do when sending MMS since the Send button is so close to the keyboard button...but otherwise, ur tip helped. Thanks!

I've got another question about MMS. In Plutonium V3, when i recieved a pic when I went to view it in the SMS inbox, clicking on the message brought up the pic (if it was downloaded automatically). but in V4, it shows me the message and I have to click on another icon to see the pic...is there a way to make it do it the old way?

In other words, the MMS was always seperate from the threaded conversation. So if i'm having a convo with someone, and they send me a pic, the MMS message was always in its own "thread"

This depends on the Arc cab you use(threaded and non-threaded)....mine is set up this way on purpose....there are others that are not threaded.....along with other differences than the cab I tweaked...I have found that mine works on any rom...if you want to try others go for it...I know there has to be other non-threaded working versions somewhere in the forum...
