Re: [ROM] Plutonium,Neodium,Titanium [21916,28244]

Hi, I really like this ROM but I cannot get "ActiveSync" to sync with "Exchange Server" so I am unable to import my contacts from google. I clicked ion the link "set up your phone to sync with it" and nothing happens. Any ideas? Thanks!

Edit* I solved the above problem by exporting Google contacts into MS Outlook Contacts. Then WMDC synced it automatically.

This ROM gave new life to my TP2! Thanks!

I am having one hell of a problem with stability, going through 2-3 soft resets a day. I am trying to figure out if it's ROM related (Titanium-based Plutonium 28244) or something I did on my end (basically, replaced Start Menu with MMAppLauncher, using MMTaskManager instead of more memory-hungry ArkSwitch, using iContact as my default contact manager, S2U2 instead of WM lock.)

I only run the very basic Titanium plugins which were very stable on other ROMs.

No overclocking - this is the first thing I turned off.

So, is anyone else having stability issues with this ROM ? Should I switch to Neodium instead ? (I really like the WM6.5.x dialogs, though...)

i have not used that particular rom, but i have used and still use vin's 6.5 roms. no problem at all. you could do a hard-reset and start out fresh to see if any of the things you installed is causing the problem

I got Neodium loaded and overall very happy -- it's like a new phone!

One issue: The music tab seems to hang. It sees music there on the SIM card, but trying to play it or make a playlist makes my phone unresponsive and it needs a reboot. I installed Nitrogen and that seems to work OK but if anyone is aware of a fix for the built-in music, I'd like to try.

Thanks,
Mark

Try saving everything on sd card and reformat. If that doesn't solve your problem, maybe try a different sd card?

Can these ROMs be flashed like any other via usb, or must they be done strictly from sd card?
