Anyone having problem with the Twitter tab and doing an update? I'm getting account forbidden but it's working fine online. I'm on the Pluto Dec ROM

Just wanted to say Plutonium is a fantastic ROM! I installed CHT and Cookie. It is running great, and is very responsive. Best of all, I rarely have to reboot.

Log all the way out and then use the 'tap to login' to enter your info again. Even if your username is present, erase it, and retype it. I get that error if I try to restore my settings via registry after a new flash.

I use VINdows too, and it's the best ROM I've tried. I'm running "Feb.10.2011.Neodium" to be exact.

Other popular ROMs are cool, but crash way too much, like several times a day. My friends were always laughing at me because my phone never worked. I was always taking out the battery.

I've been using VINdows for like 2 months and it only crashed once. I installed the %1 battery cab and Cookie, and now it's almost perfect.

But I found one big problem....the alarm clock notification doesn't come up like it should. Instead you have to touch the top bar, click the notification, and then click snooze or dismiss. It's perfect if you want to wake up (because its such a pain), but it sucks if you want to snooze a few times.

If you don't use the alarm function to wake up then you'll love VINdows.

Is there a fix to the alarm notification issue? Please help.

thanks

Go here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=412669 and download Klaxon. It runs your alarms and has many options. I have been using it for a few weeks now and never overslept.... LOL dont use snooze but its there when if you need and the buttons are very large, easy to hit with it goes off. You can use your own mp3 and plays the whole song if you cant wake up on time! :toothy7:

First I want to thank you for your help.

Right now I'm trying out the freeware version of G-Alarm (v1.5.1). It seems to have all the options I'd want, including 'shake to snooze':
PocketPCFreeware : G-Alarm 1.5.1

One issue worth noting, you do need to link each alarm to a mp3 file, which I thought was a pain until I found this website of bird sounds on mp3, free for personal use. Now I'm going to wake up to song birds every morning; it'll be like camping everyday, so nice:

I like to flash my phone from time to time but I keep coming back to VIN's Plutonium. This time though I have a problem with Wi-Fi router. It won't stay on if I turn display off? Anyone has a fix for that? Another issue with Plutonium is I can not tether over USB. Connect button is greyout. I reported this before but never found a way to fix that.
