Ok gotcha...I will make a new 21891 rom with whatcha want. Might be the next day or two. My TV/internet is out do to the weather and I'm using my phone right now. BTW I have PIMbackup in the kitchen but forgot to cook it in. My contacts restore when I enter my pushmail settings in outlook.

that incall enables u to record during a call it should show in the options on a phone call, or either u have to toggle to the recorder app

so what does this ROM change to make it a "cricket" rom? If I have to change the PRL and NAM manually, isn't that all I'd have to do with let's say an OMJ rom? how is this ROM more "cricket friendly"?

I'm sorry, I don't know what a OMJ rom is.
In Kingarthur's ROM's, aLL the WAP settings and the MMS are burned into the ROM . Send and receive MMS's You dont need cabs to set that up. You just add your username (10digitphonenumber@mycricket.com) & password (cricket). And poof they work.
Opera settings up for cricket's proxy are already in the ROM. The version of You-tube is set up and works on cricket with no additional settings.I have not been able to get GPS to work in the 2.5 ROM's, but it works on the 2.1. google maps (glmpse works great real time GPS)
If you need to master-reset the phone, all you have to do to get running is add your usser name and password. These are GREAT ROM's.

I had that after flashing to one of the ROM's, Ive found clear storage(a hard reset) took care of that. ( I usually do three clear storage actions after a fresh flash). I've had no more trouble with slow. The ROM is fairly fast and very stable. It uses a bit of mem.
THIS IS A GREAT ROM, WE ARE VERY LUCKY KINGARTHUR IS WILLING TO SHARE IT FOR FREE.

Are you on cricket? You are correct in changing the PRL, NAM, and setting up WAP/Proxy.

All this would be fine if you can get a generic TP2 rom. The problem is...mostly all ROM's have this new carrier provisioning that does include cricket.

You might say well we can choose generic in the provision...it doesn't work. Here's what I have experienced trying to get my TP2 working on other ROM's

* EPST won't work (no ##778# etc)
* Internet doesn't work...some rom do...some don't - depends on who made it.
* Cricket Arcosoft cab doesn't work on some ROM's.
* Some sprint ROM's revert back to sprint settings after soft reset.

There more more things but thats all I can think of right now. All these new TP2 ROM's work great if your in the top three providers...If not your SOL because no one wants to help. When I get my tax money, I will be sending Ryan a donation.
