Mail2web is what I've been using for last 2 years...its great it even restores my contacts once I set it up. I'm not up to date on crickets new email service. I do know its part of the $50 or $60 package...not worth the extra cost when I got free e-mail.

Give it a little time...someone will crack the Cricket e-mail for the settings.

Have you been able to get proxycap to get outlook running OTA. If so how? That link is for smartphones.
There is a .exe program (stars with the letter T I think) that controls mms sending. It may need to be excluded form the proxycap.

By the way This is a free way to get gmail working OTA with the phones Outlook.

I got my e-mail to work on the $15 html plan, it took a lot of waiting and screaming at cricket but it works now, there are some good ideas about how to get e-mail.

may be a stupid question, but what is the task manager with the two little boxes in place of the htc task dropdown thing??? and does anyone know where to get it?

so what exactly is the bottom line on a fully working cricket tp2 rom kingarthur? i have been searching high and low for something that works out of the box. i am not above a few tweaks here and there, but aside from starting from scratch and building my own kitchen (havent gone this far yet) i can't find anything that will work completely. i am currently running calkulins kitchen and my email worked for a day or 2 (only when outside my network) all else worked (wap,mms,gps) on my old mightyrom (dont remember where i came across it) everything but mms worked

In short is there a good cricket tp2 rom that has working email,wap,mms,gps?

hi just installed your rom and let me tell you, everything work right out of the box. The only problem was the memory on the device goes low right away. i get a low memory error and it will now allow me to open up any apps and such. is there any way to delete some apps from the phone that will give me more space and memory. by the way this is the VZW touch pro2. Thanks

There is an issue with opera 9.7...it was designed for someother HTC that has more memory. You might have to install Opera 10 that doesn't have this issue. Thanks for trying it and hope this helped.

King's rom I think is the only Cricket rom that run out of the box and possibly one of the best for cricket without customize, now that being said i'm running Mighty Mike and just had to install ryanmogul's cab, but i'm not getting MMS due to my cricket plan. I used King's rom for the first month and my only issues was he got rid of the Titanium which I like to have the option of choosing. i would still highly recommend this rom for a out of the box rom for cricket.


Hey King can I get you old and new start up screen in cab form so i can brand this a cricket phone??
