Hi Adrianh85. I would check with Scott (SSK). He has a 6.1 kitchen out and I used it to cook up a couple 6.1 roms. Email scrolling works. Hope this helps.

No problem. Scott's a great guy and should know the fix. I haven't tried your rom just yet but will do so very soon. Looks great

Re: Blackout Rom|Manilla 2.5|WinMo 6.1|(Global 2.5)|3.5.10|All CDMA Carrier Support|

ran it for the entire day, this is by far the fastest sense 2.5 rom out there. missing a few things I got use to with the newer builds such as

- uploading pics to facebook
- scrolling in email (as I mentioned)
- 6.1 start menu taking a bit to get use to again, trying to decide if I should use quickmenu again
- few other items that I don't remember now (need my first cup of coffee)

sliding the tabs across the bottom is 2x faster then the others and weather animations are flawless

This is my new rom of choice, Congrats, you just became my default RHODIMG.nbh on my storage card. first was Mightyrom, then Mr. X now you.

I look forward to seeing your updates and what you can do with a real 6.5 rom

Nice Job man

Unless I missed something that adrian said, you won't be seeing a 6.5 ROM. There are plenty of those out there. The point of this ROM is to run 6.1 with the latest sense to get the speed 6.5 can't offer.

+1 To what cellguy said!! your will never see a 6.5 rom with manila 2.5 from me!! 6.5 is just too bloated and even with the stock like roms is still to slow for my liking!!

the negivites of this rom are overpowered by the positives it gives u

cons: 6.1 start menu, no widget support , crappy default lockscreen,

pros: pure speed , stabilty, smooth 2.5, tons of memory, better power/battery mangement

will add as i can think of more!! also so far all of my cons can be fixed over time and major testing a devopment!! but u will never get this speed from a 6.5 rom!!

I really enjoy this rom, been running it for 2 days and havn't crashed once, super fast, and decent customizations. Excellent work, don't think I will be flashing to another rom for awhile.

just want to chime in again. After now a few days of full usage, this ROM rocks. It's funny because I'm actually setting up the things I like (youtube, facebook, telenav etc...) with the hopes that I won't flash for a while. Although if you get the scrolling email I may have to
This is the fastest rom ever. Sveeeeeeet!!!!!

Re: Blackout Rom|Manilla 2.5|WinMo 6.1|(Global 2.5)|3.5.10|All CDMA Carrier Support|

After using this ROM for a few days with NO problems, I have to concur with all the others saying this is by far the BEST ROM available for the Touch Pro2. The only items on my personal wish list are the larger drop-down Start Menu and the email scrolling. Other than that, I can't think of anything I'd change.

One question though: how do I change the background for landscape mode? I can't quite figure it out. I would like to use the same default portrait background for landscape also. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
