under"sounds/notifacations" i dont see a sms option, only mms or is that for both? sorry, im slow. on opera9.7, the zoom on bottom left works if thats the one were talking about. groove, most stable 2.5 ive used so far and only one ive left on more than 6hrs.lol

I'm talking about the zoom on the phone. you know on the TP we moved around in a circle. on the TP2 it's zooms by moving left to right. you can see the zoom on the phone. You must be talking about the zoom built into opera since you referred to the bottom left. The hardware zoom on the phone is at the whole bottom.

SMs is under new message. it doesn't say anything about SMS or MMS. Message: New Message.

and I gave up with 2.5 messaging. I Kept deleting all the msgs many times today, but the messaging app would still freeze up. I just gave in and installed the zenyee disable cab. I just hate to install that b/c it makes my contacts tab pretty much useless since I have my contacts defaulted to SMS. Who calls ppl these days? LOL

thanks so much for trying.. but i've already downloaded that cab and a few others.. and it seems remote desktop mobile no longer works with these roms unless its cooked into them i could be mistaken maybe its just the few rom cabs i have tried are out dated.. i'd actually like to know the answer to that question

landscape mode working? I know its not in 2.5 but some people have hacked it

the sms is freezing and no landscape mode? if you fix those two your rom will be unstoppable.
