Never Used XDA_UC before but sounds great. Can you run install of the Update Profile_PRL Sprint cab along with your other cabs in this set up as well? Or, must you do that manually after you run Sprint provisioning and thanks.

yeah, I mean you can dump any .cab file in there...if you have your own Sprint .cab, by all means. Mine is under \My Documents\MalROM, but you can delete that stuff if you don't want to use it.

This way you can completely automate your phone customization, so yeah, go for it.

Thanks Mal. Could someone attach the Sprint provisioning cab you have in your Malrom folder - I would like to automate this whole process and don't have access to that file right now. Thanks and I will give this a go.

Another quick question, can we place .exe files like TellMe in the XDA_UC folder and have it install these types of files as well and thanks.

no, .exe won't work AFAIK. You can read through that XDA thread and see what they say, but pretty sure you need a .cab. Isn't there a .cab for TellMe laying around here at PPCG? I'm pretty sure there is...

I've scratched the surface a bit on the Start Menu thing. It is my next big hurdle that I want to jump. PM me anything you got. The custom icon thing is the part that's going to take some time (writing into a instaflash.txt).

Any ideas for a photo uploader? I mean I use Resco Photo Manger 7.0 for that which is AMAZING. Also amazingly expensive, lol.

For others, will have a small update for WM6.5 + Sense 2.1 in a bit. Fixed the lockscreen, added XD_UC support, tweaked the boot.rgu some more, added the black-circles wallpaper for Manila.

Then will do a Manila free version and then a Sense 2.5 + WM6.5.3.

I use rescoe everything... so i know where your coming from. I love the photo manager and the explorer.

When i say photo uploader, if u use NRG ROMS, HE has it built into the manilla album. Im pretty sure he uses an older version of the album... might want to give him or mighty a holler.

Regarding the start menu organization, there are a few tutorials... i think one is linked here on ppc and another on xda. when i on my pc ill try to send u the links.

Icons... there are lots of icon packs on xda and a few here on ppc, plus all over the net, like on Deviant art and stuff.
