Tried installing the modified action screen cab on 2.1 minila beta but it did not work for some reason - maybe I am doing something wrong. Your input apprecaited.

From what Ive heard, since it reaches into low level parts of the system to install, you need to install it like right after a soft reset.

Ill try and install it now again.

Okay, WM6.5 Sense 2.1 w/new Action Screen is Up.

Playing with 6.5.3/Sense 2.1 now...

Hadn't really noticed a RAM leak per se, but I know the TP2 handles RAM a bit differently with all the HTC stuff loaded up. I do build in CleanRAM to help with gaining back mem though. Will keep an eye on it.

As far as dynamic PP, I don't care for the performance--it's worse than 22 or 24MB. I did put in HD Tweak under Settings. There in section 18, you can turn off the "caches". That will gain you back some RAM that way (but slow it down).

That's the choice really: more RAM, less fast; more fast, less RAM. No way around that fact!

AFAIK if you're using the same TP2 that you used the original unlocker for, you should be able to use any updates CMonex puts out without issue. My earlier comment was based on it appearing like he was attempting to use the unlocker on a replacement phone and from what CMonex's post notes, you need to request another code to use on another phone.

loving 2.1 beta mal, kinda missed the start on top, very smooth. after dling mms and sent one, a popup said "switching to cdma" is that normal? mms works in all,just never saw that one. lol

looking good so far one thing i came across is when using footprints it dont take a gps pic and then u cant set it up in footprint still testing

No idea, lol. I don't ever use MMS, just glad it works at this point. Though I know it should have carrier selections under Options I believe...
