Is ziggy's 2016 sms patch cooked into this rom? I want to apply the official HTC fix but the instructions say that if any other sms fix is applied I have to hard reset the phone first...

Well, Ziggy's thing is just a simple 1 to 0 registry change. There's no replaced files or patched .dlls.

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\OEM\SMS]
"RecvTimeStamp"=dword:00000001

turn that to 1 to a 0 to disable.

I don't get why one has to hard-reset to do this "official" update.

I'll probably cook the new fixed .dll into future ROMs, but to be honest, I see no benefit in installing the official version.

Same thing here. Can't get auto rotate to work. Screen rotates to landscape if I open the keyboard but goes right back to portrait when it's closed, regardless of how I orient the TP2.

I've tried HD Tweaks, the std settings, and G-Config with no success :(

I just installed Gyrator 2 and it seems to work great. Really fast.

ok so ima download the 23*** rom cause the 28014 jsut crashed on me again so as we speak im doing a system restore and then myphone my stuff back told u i do this like 4 times a weeks :( it does get annoying at times but i want the lastest software

Confirmed. Kinda a PITA to setup, but it works.

Also, the other app attached is suppose to work.

Not many people are having crashing issues and I've had about 600 downloads of that specific ROM....

ok i will try that normaly i just update the rom from ur old one to the new one. not saying i dont love ur rom i do. so ima do that when i get home
