what is this bootstrap error and what does it do that this is a problem?

except im on sprint. to further explain what i did: i also went to the registry and change/to allow "enable server edit" but i dont see the arcsoft settings anywhere. i can send mms and the receiver gets almost right away. but for receiving on my end its hit/miss...yesterday i received w/in 10 or so mins. and today i have yet to receive the ones that where sent to me.

possible it could be a carrier network overload? but then agian if it sent fine youd think youd receive in the same time rate?

Hey all! Long time lurker, first time poster here. Just wanted to take the opportunity to thank Silence for a great rom. It's been running fast and smooth all day so far, and have yet to experience any problems.

I'm on sprint here. I sent a few test messages from my wifes phone and they seemed to come through just as fast as with the stock rom if not faster.

I think psycho was asking actually what the error actually IS and what the problem it causes is, not necessary what causes it. I don't know what a bootstrap error is either.
