Youtube is hit or miss. It works for me and others sometimes and sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes changing the quality settings can help with this. I have tried several versions of Youtube with not really any better results Unfortunately. And i really have no answer as to why it works for some people better than others.

Most of the time I don't need to do the *228 programing, but every once in a while I do, especially if I have bounced between a few ROMs.

This does not happen to every one and seems random. But for those who do, here is a Blank Carrier ROM so you will have to use a VZ provisioning cab. It is a 23518 Titanium ROM. Hope this helps some people out. Although anyone can flash this and use any carrier cab they want though.

Do you have a provisioning cab that we should use for this?

I have been working with the Sprint 23518 Sense 2.5 beta (1/25 version) overnight and am having some issues... I narrowed it down to a problem when I upload my PIM data (contacts/calendar/tasks only) back to the phone from SPB Backup... it causes Sense to essentially crash, and I end up on a screen that basically has the titanium background (that blue orange screen) with buttons on the bottom, but nothing else on the main screen... the system lags horribly at this point and I have to hard reset... anyone have any ideas on what could be causing this? I really like this ROM otherwise, but it's obviously not going to work for me personally if I can't get my PIM data back onto the phone... I tried myphone to upload the data, which works, but myphone always loses about 30% of the calendar so I really need to upload PIM from SPB... Thx for any ideas...

why not just load you calendar in outlook and then sync your phone. Have you tried PIM backup? There is another popular backup program but the name just slips me right now.

I have had horrible experiences in the past with PIM backup and until now never had an issue with SPB, which is why I use it...I would load to Outlook but that would now require reflashing and reloading again, though I'll do that if I have to...just hoping there was an easier solution... at the very least, seems like some sort of bug to me with the ROM, as SPB does not cause similar issues with Mighty or Juicy ROMs as well as a few others I've tried...

Appreciate the suggestion though... Thx

I don't... yet. I am going to implement an auto provisioning technique soon so i only have to make 4 roms instead of 12. Any prov cab should work, and can easily be found in the upgrade forum.

I always use PIM. I do contacts, messaging, and emails, don't use calendar much, but it works 100% of the time for me with no issues. Not sure why SPB would be giving you trouble, but i have never used it either, so i'm not sure why. I know that there have been issues in the past with certain restorative programs and Sense though. Although it was a bit different than what you are describing.

Yes, syncing to Outlook for Calendar is also a good way.

Just an FYI to the bluetooth icon not showing up. There was a new release of MaxManilla version 2.9 today. In fullscreen mode it now has it's own taskbar at the top which gives you the icon for bluetooth!
