So here is my feedback -

Flashed this ROM 4 times and everytime my phone hangs later on. Either it will not restart from a soft reset...or the main screen becomes jammed...Also at one point it failed to flash anymore because even the load up (the three color screen) looked corrupted as all the letters were on top of each other. I had to then flash back to the Stock 6.5 ROM. So in general it really did not work for me.

But for the few times it did work..i love the layout and the tools!!! And I want to get it to work! I am on Verizon.

So my question is...is anyone else having such major issues with this ROM? Or is it just me?

I flased this ROM on top of another cooked ROM...I think it was the Energy 23518 ROM.

Thougts/Ideas?

so far the only issue i had was the wallpaper background on the home screen went all white. i changed the wallpaper in the settings and everything is normal. i added the nfl cabs and pandora cab and so far so good. i am on the sprint network though.

I installed Max Manila 2.81 on the previous 23518/2.5 and it ran well.........in case any want to do it also.

I would always still flash stock before flashing my roms especially when coming from another chef. And it sounds like you had a bad flash or bad download especially since you mentioned the boot loader looked weird, my rom wouldn't effect that at all. I would say redownload and flash again.

HTC Messaging is the default SMS on the SMS tab. The regular WM SMS app is start menu>accessories>text or you can put it as a quick link on your home tab. Texting was normal last night as i tried both SMS in the HTC Messaging tab, and MMS through the WM text app. And what do you mean by can't get it back, how do the messages show for you?

thanks... when you say put it on my quick link, do you mean replace the htc messages (if so, how) or just stick it on my list of program links? next, how do i change the font sizing on my messaging? the zoom bar doesn't seem to work for me...
