What are the differences between Medium Hill ROM's 7-4 Sprint Titanium 23569 and Medium Hill ROM's 8-4 Sprint Titanium 23569?

Newer IE version and link now on start menu, New MH UC version, Voice Commander turned off on first boot for more RAM and a slight performance increase (can be turned on by installing custom CAB in MH UC on first boot), Voice Commander is also a newer version. Thats the major things.

quick quest :) when soft reset . i see wallpaper Medium Hill :D how could i change it :)

Is there a trick or known issues with bluetooth and a Jawbone Icon headset? I have used this headset with other roms. I have done a search of this thread for bluetooth issues. Since I could not find anything in the thread I am posting my questions here. It is very important that I have a bluetooth headset at work. Any help would be appreciated.
