I just uploaded a new LITE ROM (v28011-28L) for VZW'ers to test. Please let me know if/how it works.

I'm really liking the 2.5 ROM - works great OOTB as advertised - made the switch from another ROM - the last few builds of that one has had issues.

23XXX+ builds Start Menu-button icons. Must have manila\sense enabled.

Awesome, at least the ROM boots now! If it goes as planned it should be every bit as stable and fast as the heavy version.

Any idea why your rom is eating battery? On a sprint TP here running the full version. Took me from 100% to 28% in only a couple hours. All applications were closed except for messaging. I pull email every 2 hours and also update weather and stuff every couple.

Any suggestions?

I tried lastnight flashing the vzw 28014-27L with no boot so about to try the new 28011-28L now. Will let ya know my thoughts on it soon. Hey we verizon guys appreciate you including us in on these newer roms with manila 2.5 and modifications for our "gimped" ram. Seems the other VZW cooks have all abandoned us for the TP2. Me personally, I think I'll wait a little longer before I upgrade. With the exception of just having more ram, (which is still only comparable to the Sprint TP1 with 288MB

) I just dont see anything at all worth upgrading for just yet. So until then, I appreciate the work for the VZW TP bro.
