alright, here's a few cabs for y'all
IF sms/mms are not working, install "remove" cab, soft reset, install "Arcsoft" and then "disable htc" soft reset.
a new software keyboard--sip change to activate
Max Manilla 2.5 works great--look at XDA for preview

***don't forget to disable sense before install****
start-settings-today-items-uncheck HTC sense

EDIT: max manila works sweet--you have to play with it a bit--there's a lot of tweeks you have to do to get it set up ie. swipe next to your calendar to bring up the setup page. "tabs off", and "slider off" hide the slider to open up your screen a bit
turn phone top down to lock - works
20 quicklink--works
weather wallpaper --animated, works
calendar--works

not sure on the auto lock if you need time (like 5 min) for the program to start responding like normal--it does seem to respond faster is you first make a phone call--then it works normal???
