If you haven't already solved your issue, flash it to 1.05. There is no timebomb in that version.

Man I wish NFSFAN would come back, there's a bunch of new packages for Manila:

does anyone know where I can get the task manager that's included in 1.05 in a cab? with an incredibly homogeneous name, it's been a personal hell searching for this.

Need help, all of a sudden I can't send any text messages. They keep coming right back to me like I'm sending it to myself. I am completely lost.

Re: *Updated March 5th* NFSFAN's Custom WM6.5.5 ROMs

I have run this ROM for about a month and a half now and I have to say it is quite good!

There is only one issue I have seen and that could be attributed to my having a Verizon TP but sometimes the SENSE 2.5 will lock up and not display screens correctly. You will hit the start button, see it dosplay START in the title screen but the rest of the display remains on sense.

To fix this simply reset the phone and before SENSE reloads hit the start button, Unselect sense in the home items, let it clear and then re-enable sense.

Problem goes away.

I find I have to do this at least once every 2 weeks but as I said this could be (and acts like) a memory issue with the reduced ram in a VZW phone. MY guess is sprint (and other carriers) will not have this issue.

But I note it for anyone else who has experienced this issue.

Try changing the page pool to 8mb.

Re: *Updated March 5th* NFSFAN's Custom WM6.5.5 ROMs

Thanks Calex,
But I did that before I even flashed the phone...lol

I might attempt to go down to the stock 6 PP but I think this issue has less to do with Pagepool and more to do with the garbage files left over from email and texting.

If there is too much for Sense to Display it has issues. It's quite livable with though...
As I said a simple reboot and refresh of Sense does it and it's not that much of a hassle.

I/m ready for an upgrade soon anyway so I'll try the 6 PP and see what effect that has.

Sense really isn't made for a VZW phone...Fact is that true about most things LOL

Re: *Updated March 5th* NFSFAN's Custom WM6.5.5 ROMs

Chant: One more Rom! One more ROM! One more.....

I love NRG's latest ROM with 2016, but NFSFAN is magically able to get similar speed and still have a a couple of days worth battery instead of a few hours in NRG's.

One more Rom! One more ROM! One more.....
