I have to agree with you on the folders thing. I did this thru total commander when I first got my Touch Pro with the stock Sprint rom. Is there a way to cab this up so everythings in folders? If not, I might try my hands at cab making and see what happens there.

+1 on the folders thing. But it has been requested in the past in several Indagroove ROMs.. just doesn't seem like a high priority thing.

You can always rearrange them with reStart but it takes a while.

I've kinda gotten used to the no folders thing and I like it know. I mean I would take it ether way but its fine with or without once you get used to it. The nice thing is everything is right there at your finger tip you don't need to go looking in folders.

Easy way would be to just open total commander and make folders and move them where ever you want them.
Doesn't bother me to do it that way because I prefer my own custom folders anyway so I can name them what ever I want.

I started off a Juicy fan and about 3 months ago Energy.
I just DL'd indagroove's 1921 ROM and will be giving a shot very soon.
So far from what I've read here, I will probably be a convert myself.

The folder issue is a pain but the fact that we now have 12 program short cuts makes it live able. 2.5 with only 6 short cuts and no app tab was not working out for me. No thakns to indagroove 2.5 is usable. I also agree not teaks needed I was using the Energy ROM with Max Manila 2.5 Ultimate cab but it was to buggy for me.

Re: indagroove's Sense 2.5 TouchPro ROM - CE OS 5.2.23506 (Build 23506.5.5.0) [111709

Very quick review of 1921 over yesterday's ROM?
Was 117109 ROM build 1920?
I last downloaded the 111709 ROM after Inda fixed the 12 program tab.

TIA,
tsp

You can categorize your start menus by just moving the shortcuts into your own folders, to give your new folders their own icons, do this reg edit (after putting an icon of your choice somewhere on your device:

HKLM\Security\Shell\StartInfo\Start\FOLDER NAME"
"Group"=dword:1
"Rank"=dword:900000774
"Icon"=string:"\path\to\icon.png"

do that with all the folders you feel like. I keep mine as provxml that runs at autorun:

Code:
<wap-provisioningdoc>
<!-- *** COMMENTO *** -->
   <characteristic type="Registry">
      <characteristic type="HKLM\Security\Shell\StartInfo\Start" translation="filesystem">
      </characteristic>

You know if you really wanted to get fance (which I would) you could use Sashimi and copy the folders to root when done. Then use the deletops.ini to delete the old icons. Pretty simple really. Thats what I would do.
